As part of our plans to create transparency and consistency to the client experience, we've created a consolidated destination for sending requests and accessing useful information pertaining to Apex processes. The new Apex Service Center allows you to submit requests and inquiries directly to Apex's various teams and departments in one location, as well as actively monitor your request statuses and updates.
To access the Apex Service Center from anywhere in Apex Online, use the "Help" link found in the upper right. As always, please continue to use Apex Online for your self-service needs.
